Terms of Use for Users
These terms apply to each person who uses the TOONAH platform through access granted by a customer organisation ("your organisation"). You accept them when activating your account. They supplement the Platform Usage Contract entered into between your organisation and TOONAH SAS.
1. Your account
- Your account is personal. Do not share your credentials and choose a password that you do not use anywhere else.
- Enable two-factor authentication (My profile › Security): it protects your data and that of your organisation.
- Report any suspicious use of your account to your administrator without delay.
- Your organisation manages your access: it may change your rights or deactivate your account.
2. Acceptable use
You use the platform for the professional needs of your organisation, in compliance with the law and with your organisation's rules. You must not:
- attempt to access data for which you have no rights, or the space of another organisation;
- circumvent security measures, test the security of the platform without TOONAH's written authorisation, or disrupt its operation;
- introduce unlawful content, malicious code, or personal data without necessity, in particular sensitive data (health, opinions, biometric data, etc.);
- give Bernard passwords, keys or other authentication secrets;
- extract data in bulk by automated means, except through the export and API functions provided.
3. Artificial intelligence
- Bernard and the other AI features are artificial intelligence systems. Their answers are AI-generated: they are proposals that may contain errors.
- Check any answer, analysis or proposal before using or sharing it. Bernard cites its sources where it has them: consult them.
- No action proposed by Bernard is carried out in the space without your explicit confirmation.
- Bernard does not provide legal advice; consult a qualified professional where necessary.
- If your organisation has enabled it, Bernard may retain your preferences and corrections, with your consent. You can view and erase them in "Bernard learns".
4. Confidentiality
The information of your organisation to which you have access is confidential. Use it only for your assignment and disclose it only to authorised persons.
5. Your personal data
Your organisation is the controller of the data in its space, including your account; TOONAH processes it on your organisation's behalf. TOONAH also processes certain data on its own behalf (security, evidence of acceptance, service e-mails). To find out more, see the Privacy Policy and the Data Collection and Processing Policy. To exercise your rights over the data in the space, contact your organisation first.
6. Suspension
In the event of non-compliance with these terms or of a security risk, your organisation or TOONAH may suspend your access.
7. Changes and contact
These terms may change; the new version is presented to you on the platform. For any question: your administrator, or contact@toonah.io.
